For over 25 years, LA Pornichet Select, a race for Mini 6.50s (6.50-metre monohull yachts), has been a key event in the Mini Class calendar. More than just a race, this annual event has been an undeniable success, and is a must for those taking part in the Mini Transat.
Raced single-handed, starting and finishing in Pornichet, LA Pornichet Select will take competitors to Les Birvideaux, Les Sables d'Olonne with a passage through the Nouch Sud buoy, then to Groix, before returning to the bay of Le Pouliguen.
The 2025 edition of LA Pornichet Select will take place from 30 April to 6 May and will once again bring together an incredible number of participants:
- 90 boats, including 12 women and 10 nationalities,
- Of these, 28 will be competing in prototypes and 62 in production boats.
